Executive Chef

Requirements:- Responsible in managing a few kitchens within our various hotel properties.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity at international and established hotel(s).
- Creative and Innovative in both food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent culinary skills in Local and International cuisines.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and team management with ability to plan as well as being hands on.
Executive Housekeeper
(Sabah - Kota Kinabalu) Requirements:-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity at international and established hotel(s).
- Must be able to execute administrative and human resource management of the department.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and team management with ability to plan as well as being hands on.
- Have strong eye for detail, good sense for; cleanliness, creativity, technical and analytical skill for rooms, linen and public area management.
